It all began in 1929 in the supply headquarters of pasteurised milk for the city of Mantua. Over the years, with constant innovation and respect for tradition, we have become an authentic centre of production, capable of working with 7,000 kilograms of milk every day and producing an average  1,200 wheels of Grana Padano per day, in three cheese-factories.
