The acquisition of CANTARELLI Spa in Asola (MN) has been officially completed on December 28, 2021, after intense months of analysis and negotiation.
This investment has allowed LSM to acquire an additional dairy plant, located in a strategic position, close to the farms of several associates and to the corporate headquarters.
The main goal is to expand our company’s production capacity, and to promote and implement the optimization of the management of milk flows, in view of a better industrial planning.
